How do I book a private driver?

You can book online, send us a message on WhatsApp or email us at contact@riviera-private-driver.com. We confirm your booking with all the details of your journey.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially in summer and during big events (Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Monaco Yacht Show). For last-minute requests, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. You receive a personalised quote before you book, and the agreed price is the price you pay – no meter and no hidden fees. See Prices & Quotes.

Airport pick-ups

Where will my driver meet me at Nice Airport?

Your driver meets you in the arrivals area of your terminal (Terminal 1 or Terminal 2) and helps you with your luggage. Read our Nice Airport arrival guide.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Give us your flight number when you book: we follow your arrival time and your driver adapts to the real landing time.

Do you cover other airports?

Yes: Nice Côte d’Azur, Marseille Provence, Lyon Saint-Exupéry, Paris Orly and Paris Charles de Gaulle, as well as long-distance transfers across France and to Italy.

Vehicles & passengers

Which vehicles do you use?

Recent Mercedes vehicles: E-Class and S-Class sedans, Tesla, and Vito or V-Class vans for families and groups. See our fleet.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request. Please tell us the age of the children when you book so that the right seats are installed.

How much luggage can I bring?

It depends on the vehicle. Tell us the number of suitcases, ski bags, golf bags or strollers and we will choose the right vehicle.

Payment & changes

How can I pay?

The payment options are confirmed with your quote.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email. The cancellation conditions are given with your quote.
